Scanning of QR label depends on the print quality of QR labels.
If you are facing difficulties in scanning QR codes, we recommend the following:
1) Please vary the distance between your iPhone or iPad and the scanned label.
2) If you have access to your computer, open the QR label PDF file in your monitor and try scanning the QR code with your iPhone or iPad. You may have to vary the distance between your device and the monitor. If this works, then there may be printing issues.
3) When printing using Adobe Reader, please select "Actual Size" option in PDF printing options.
4) Try printing large size labels in plain paper and try scanning them.
