Please ensure that all of your devices are on iOS 9.0 or above and Sortly version 5.0 or above. We do not support interoperability between iOS 7/Sortly 4.x and Sortly 5.0.
The garble happens due to the fact that older version of Sortly does not understand the newer upgrades and wrongly encrypts the data in the server.
If you do see this issue, please contact customer support and be ready to provide your password to decrypt.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD AS THIS WILL COMPLICATE THE RECOVERY OF YOUR DATA IN THE CLOUD.
